Elaboration of process analyses

As part of our consulting activities, we will develop process analyses with a focus on process optimization. We offer:

  • process mapping at the level of description of individual activities,
  • identification of duplicate processes, activities,
  • Establishing an overview of staffing, technical and software support for processes,
  • elaboration of the design of optimization solutions.

Optimisation of maintenance processes

As part of our consulting activities, we provide process analysis with a focus on optimizing processes and activities in the area of maintenance and repair.

Within these services, various activities are carried out according to the needs of the project, focusing on process optimization, as well as optimization of spare parts inventories and supplier-customer relationships.

Selected activities within the optimisation project:

  • Analysis and description of the maintenance process map and related logistics processes at the level of description of individual activities
  • Analysis of duplicate processes, activities, documents
  • Analysis of personnel, technical and software process support
  • Analysis of the organisation of the maintenance unit and links to other internal and external entities
  • Assessment of the adequacy of stocks and their condition and extent of consumption according to time, expected need and stock turnover
  • Analysis of the current classification of stocks, critical parts, bearers
  • Procurement analysis and procurement planning
  • Communication with relevant staff, physical inspection of maintenance and repair sites, maintenance depots and facilities to ascertain the actual state of work organisation, condition, extent and records of stock and space capabilities
  • Design of optimisation of maintenance and related processes, including information flows, staffing and technical support and elimination of duplication
  • Design of optimization of information system supporting process optimization
  • Proposal to change the organisation of the maintenance service and the links to other internal and external bodies
  • Design of classification for stock parts (critical, high turnaround, low turnaround, lying parts…) and classification of individual parts and items into categories
  • Draft stock limits by category
  • Design of a system for tracking the shelf life of individual parts in the warehouse
  • Proposal for eliminating inventory, reducing space requirements and the extent of goods handling, improving the use of the information system and possibly reducing staffing requirements

Application and technical support for SAP products

As part of our service portfolio, we also provide support for customers’ running systems. As part of the support, we provide both application and technical support.
